Our Craft & Commitment
Every Gilded Workbench piece is meticulously handcrafted with care. We take pride in creating timeless jewelry designed to last. Because of the nature of handmade work, it takes about 2-3 weeks of production time after your order is processed for us to send our creations your way. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at orders@gildedworkbench.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Domestic Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $10 for domestic shipping. Orders of $200 or more will enjoy complimentary free shipping.
International Shipping
At this time, unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We want you to love your jewelry and we stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return. We issue returns as store credit (gift card) to keep our production sustainable and to offer you an easy path to exchanges or future purchases. The issued credit will equal the purchase price minus the cost of return shipping. Once approved, your store credit will be emailed to you within 3 business days.
Returned items must be unworn and in original condition and packaging. Please send items in a quality cardboard box so it doesn't arrive damaged. Once received and inspected here, you will receive a non-expiring online store credit via email. Return shipping is not paid for by Gilded Workbench, and it is advisable that you use a shipping carrier that offers services like package tracking, insurance for the items, and a signature receipt upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To initiate a return, please email orders@gildedworkbench.com and send us a copy of your order number and invoice.

Custom and bespoke orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.

Shipping charges are not incurred by Gilded Workbench and must be paid for by the customer.
- Once an order has been placed, we start working on it and the production cannot be canceled midway.
Repairs & Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a one year limited warranty on Gilded Workbench jewelry. If you have a defect that is beyond the normal wear and tear, please send us an email at orders@gildedworkbench.com and we will be able to assist you.
To have your items arrive safely at our studio, please pack your piece in a quality cardboard box. We do not offer shipping to and from our studio for repairs. We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages, and refunds cannot be issued in such cases. We advise you to get shipment tracking as well as insurance to avoid any mishaps.
We handle all repair requests at our discretion and do not accept the ones that fall outside of normal wear or are inconsistent with normal use.
